Marlow D2 Club Rope

For Yacht Halyard or Sheets

D2 Club has been designed to provide an upgrade from traditional double braid polyester rope to a blended Dyneema® performance rope with higher strength, lower stretch and greater holding power.  It offers the benefits of reduced weight and reduced elongation thanks to the light weight Dyneema® SK75 blended core.

By combiningthe Dyneema® SK75 core with high tenacity polyester fibres, the rope retains the same diameter as traditional double braids enabling a straight replacement without the requirement for changing deck hardware such as winches and clutches. 

D2 Club provides noticeable improvements in sail handling benefitting from reduced stretch and weight whilst having a gripper feel in the hand and around winches. The cover and core work together to provide very low stretch and great clutch holding performance so you will find an immediate improvement in maintaining halyard tension.  

D2 Club featuries a colour matched core so halyards and sheets can be tapered and spliced without the covers to improve halyard and sheet identification.
