Delivery


Next day: Orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee next day delivery. Our next day service applies to Mon - Fri deliveries only. A Saturday service is available but must be agreed over the phone with one of our staff and a surcharge will be applied. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. Please add your phone number to the comments box so that we can contact you if a next day delivery is not possible.

 

If you wish you can mark your order as URGENT within the comments box when you submit your order.

 

Unforeseen circumstances may mean that your parcel does not arrive in time but we will provide you with dispatch and tracking information to allow you to pursue compensation from DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail if necessary.

 

Standard delivery: We use Parcelforce 48 and Royal Mail 2nd class for our standard delivery service. Royal Mail advise that their deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. However, delays may occur at busy times, if splicing work is required or if additional stock must be obtained. If we foresee a delay of more than one week we will notify you via phone or email. If we have a delay on delivery for any reason, you are entitled to cancel the order without penalty providing that it has not already been dispatched. Please note that orders may take up to 28 days to be delivered. You are welcome to contact us at any time for an estimated delivery date.



Carriage Charges

Next day deliveries will have a small surcharge applied.


Small UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class post and are charged at £3.50. This applies to all orders under £20.00 in value.


All other UK mainland orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second class medium parcel or Parcelforce 48 and attract charges of £4.99 for orders up to £50 and  £7.85 above that, regardless of the number of items purchased. Please note that Royal Mail endeavour to deliver within 48 hours but delivery may take up to 5 days.

International deliveries


International delivery prices are given where we have available prices. If a shipping price is not shown then you will need to contact us for a shipping estimate. We will endeavour to keep shipping costs to a minimum using a service appropriate to the size and weight of your order.

 


Guarantee and Returns


We are unable to accept returns of cut lengths, custom orders and orders including splicing work due to their custom made nature. Should you need to return any other item for any reason, please contact us for a "returns authorisation". The goods must be in an unused state with undamaged and original packaging and we should be notified with 14 days of your receipt of the goods. If there is a fault with the goods we shall undertake to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repaired/replaced item will be shipped back to you free of charge. The basis for the guarantee will be that as supplied by the manufacturer. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by English law E&OE

 

 

Tax

Where applicable prices are inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20.00% for standard items). This is levied on all goods shipped within the European Community.
