Shipping & Returns
Delivery
All of our orders are dispatched using Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail 48 as standard depending on the size/weight of the parcel. If you require urgent delivery please contact us to check we have the items you require and to arrange an upgraded delivery service. We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible for all orders but we do charge an additional premium for next day delivery as our courier fees are increased.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. However, delays may occur at busy times, if splicing work is required or if additional stock must be obtained. If we foresee a delay of more than one week we will notify you via phone or email. If we have a delay on delivery for any reason, you are entitled to cancel the order without penalty providing that it has not already been dispatched. Please note that orders may take up to 28 days to be delivered. You are welcome to contact us at any time for an estimated delivery date.
Carriage Charges
FREE DELIVERY OFFER we are now offering FREE DELIVERY on all online purchases over £100 to all UK mainland addresses.
Small UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 48 and are charged at £3.50. This applies to all orders under £10.00 in value.
All other UK mainland orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 or Parcelforce 48 and attract a charge of £6.50 regardless of the number of items purchased. Please note that Royal Mail endeavour to deliver within 48 hours but delivery may take up to 5 days.
Next day delivery is with prior arrangement only and is charged at £10.95. We use Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. Unforeseen circumstances may mean that your parcel does not arrive in time but we will provide you with dispatch and tracking information to allow you to pursue compensation from Parcelforce or Royal Mail if necessary.
International deliveries
International delivery prices are given where we have available prices. If a shipping price is not shown then you will need to contact us for a shipping estimate. We will endeavour to keep shipping costs to a minimum using a service appropriate to the size and weight of your order.
Guarantee and Returns
We are unable to accept returns of cut lengths, custom orders and orders including splicing work due to their custom made nature. Should you need to return any other item for any reason, please contact us for a "returns authorisation". The goods must be in an unused state with undamaged and original packaging and we should be notified with 14 days of your receipt of the goods. If there is a fault with the goods we shall undertake to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repaired/replaced item will be shipped back to you free of charge. The basis for the guarantee will be that as supplied by the manufacturer. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by English law E&OE
Tax
Where applicable prices are inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20.00% for standard items). This is levied on all goods shipped within the European Community.
